On Sunday October 1st, come by Hall D10 at 14:45-16:00, to taste fine and rare coffee varieties, selected by our specialty coffee roaster Freddy Pastras.
At this year’s Hotelia, Area51 in collaboration with El Cafe SA – Vasileios G. Anastasopoulos SA will present different coffee processes through cupping sessions and their effects on taste.
